Barend Botha is one of the 9ZERO Foundation’s proud ambassadors and a rising force in professional golf. Barend finished his college career at the University of Toledo as the most decorated golfer in the programs history. These performances continued in professional golf as he became a two-time PGA TOUR Americas champion in his first season. Barend has consistently demonstrated the resilience, professionalism, and competitive excellence that define the 9ZERO ethos. His outstanding performances have earned him Korn Ferry Tour status, placing him just one step away from the PGA TOUR. As an ambassador, Barend represents the dedication, work ethic, and pursuit of excellence that inspire the next generation of golfers.
Ben van Wyk is a 9ZERO Foundation ambassador and one of South Africa’s brightest professional golfers. A Sunshine Tour card holder, Ben built an outstanding collegiate career representing both Augusta University and the University of Georgia, where he established himself as one of the leading players in NCAA golf. His achievements earned him selection for the International Team at the prestigious Arnold Palmer Cup, showcasing his talent on one of collegiate golf’s biggest stages. As an ambassador, Ben shares his experiences from every stage of the elite pathway, helping to inspire and guide aspiring young golfers as they pursue their own ambitions in the game.
